How long does verification take?
Usually a few days to several weeks, depending on how quickly the proof of insurance and the background check come through. It is the step most businesses get stuck on, and it cannot be shortened.
Can I dispute wrong enquiries?
Yes. Enquiries that clearly do not belong to your area or your service can be reported and are credited back. That only pays off if every enquiry is actually rated, and that is exactly what we do on an ongoing basis.
